How to open and access HostPapa support tickets

You can easily open a HostPapa support ticket – or check the status of an existing one – through your HostPapa dashboard.

Opening a HostPapa support ticket

  1. Log in to your HostPapa dashboard.
  2. Click on My Support.
  3. Click on Open New Ticket.
  4. Your Name and Email Address will be prepopulated.
  5. Enter a Subject, choose the Department you wish to submit the ticket to, and enter the Ticket Details.
  6. If required, you can also add an attachment.
  7. Click Submit.

Reviewing an existing support ticket

  1. Log in to your HostPapa dashboard.
  2. Click on My Support.
  3. Click on the Tickets tab to view, sort, and filter all tickets associated with your account. 
  4. To reply to a ticket, click View, then Reply
  5. Once finished, click Submit.

Can’t find a particular ticket?

HostPapa’s Customer Care Team may combine support tickets that deal with the same issue to serve you better. Please review your other existing tickets as you’ll likely find the information you’re looking for.
